One Contact awarded U.S. cable business

Toronto, Ontario (July, 2010) – One Contact Inc. has been awarded a long term agreement for inbound customer service serving US cable customers.



As part of the program, One Contact will receive thousands of inbound calls per day and provide analog to digital upgrade directives as well as scheduling of truck rolls and related customer service.
