One Contact completes project for global pharmaceutical

Toronto, Ontario (September, 2010) – In June 2010 One Contact was awarded a consulting engagement to help a global Pharmaceutical company address their production concerns within their high end contact center.



One Contact's findings, in conjunction with our customer requirements led the parties to implement a SAAS based ACD/IVR solution with the most advanced management tools and reporting on a very cost effective basis.  One Contact led the engagement including platform selection, implementation and ongoing support and business services.
