One Contact Inc. wins Canadian not-for-profit work

Toronto, Ontario (January, 2010) – One Contact Inc. (OCI) has been awarded inbound customer service work for an important Canadian not-for-profit association.  

OCI will be handling all inbound calls for a myriad of complex requests associated with regulatory matters as well as procedural and collections items. 

The customer determined that they could not scale with demand internally and immediately realized financial and quality benefits from launching with OCI.
