One Contact lands card services executive

Toronto, Ontario (May, 2010) – One Contact has secured a leading client services executive from the card services industry to head North America Sales.



The company continues to focus on Retail, Telecom, Financial Services and Utilities.  Most customers in some way have a card offering from loyalty programs to pre-paid credit cards that requires customer service, application processing, customer acquisition and related services.   As part of the company’s strategy to compliment our already strong offering base, One Contact secured this key hire to develop those markets further.
